At the age of 30, I was single, debt free and generally care free (other than the fact I was still single) and by 33 I was married, had a sizable mortgage, three daughters, and just a few worries (in that order). Time waits for no man. We moved as a family to Vancouver in 1997 from South Africa, prior to which I spent the first twenty years of my life in England. As a family, we are always exceptionally grateful for the warm and supportive nature of West Vancouver residents. My interests are golf, fishing, reading, skiing, walking and selling property - not necessarily in that order.

I believe that buying and selling property should be an enjoyable experience and this, together with you getting the best possible deal, are my two most important goals.
